Comfortable stay with great views
I loved the spacious room with a beautiful city view. The staff were accommodating, even letting me purchase milk late at night when I needed it for my daughter. I did find the Wi-Fi connection to be quite weak throughout my stay, frustrating.

The hotel offers cozy and great location very close to other areas of Istanbul, good cafe and city centre or touristic area. Asian Side district is worth seeing...
The bathrooms are not clean.

Perfect and cool location in Istanbul, adjacent to transport, Kadikoy or Uskudar and Turkey for 6 days. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Republic Monument.

I was really looking forward to a lovely stay, but the internet was almost non-existent, and i had to run downstairs to order food since no one would answer my calls. With my expectations, i thought maybe a complimentary gesture would be offered, but alas, no such luck here. Almost positive, but just couldn't.

Seems like a modern hotel, managed by an affable staff. The guest room is recently renovated and huge. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card are available. The location is in a cosy and great spot in other areas of Istanbul. Furthermore, it's just next door to good cafe & resturants, city centre or touristic area and the underground.

Just spent 3 nights in a cozy One Bedroom City View room. Loved the spacious design and fresh breakfast options! The staff, especially Alparslan, were super helpful, but the gym could definitely use some upgrades. A pretty enjoyable stay in Istanbul!

Unpleasant odors in the room could be addressed!!! Worn-out furniture and inconsistent maintenance detract from the overall experience, along with sticky floors that are quite off-putting!!! Internet connectivity issues also need urgent attention!!!

Solo traveler finding comfort
The room was spacious and the view was very nice. I had to call for extra towels and they delivered them promptly without much fuss.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.
